Discovery-This phase of the program is designed to evaluate and assess your needs, goals, and growth opportunities. I will find out about your strengths and areas of opportunity. You will receive information about me and a customized program outline. This time will also be used for you to ask any questions you may have regarding the program prior to moving forward into the coaching relationship.
Literature-You will be given a brief biography of the coach, a questionnaire to complete and return, and 1 copy of the book “The Alchemist,” by author Paulo Coelho. This book will be an instrumental tool used in coaching sessions and will be referenced in many instances. Other literature maybe assigned, on a case by case basis as deemed necessary by your developmental needs and progression through the program.
Mapping your future- During this portion of the program you will be asked to create a timeline of (1-2 years) listing the goals that you wish to accomplish and when you expect to accomplish those goals. This will allow you to visualize your life the way you want to see it in the near future and bring those ideas into reality by documenting them.
Goal Setting and Accountability-Throughout the relationship there will be a variety of goal setting assignments. Accomplishing these small successes will help us to tap into the frequency of success and make goal setting routine. A major part of getting us from where we are to where it is we say we want to be is accountability. These sessions are designed to challenge you and to take you out of your comfort zone, broadening your horizons.
